倾斜巷道探放水自动排水装置应用分析

摘　　要：基于牛山煤矿90105综采工作面切巷在探放水施工过程中,由于巷道倾斜角度大,探水钻孔探放水流直接流入切巷入口低洼处,导致切巷内水流量大、设备损坏严重,积水无法及时有效排出工作面,不仅影响着巷道快速掘进,而且严重威胁着巷道探放水施工安全的问题,牛山煤矿通过技术研究,在巷道内安装了一套自动排水装置。通过实际应用效果来看,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the fact that during the construction of water exploration and discharge in the cutting lane of 90105 comprehensive mining working face of Niushan coal mine,due to the large inclination angle of the lane,the water flow from the water exploration and discharge borehole flows directly into the low-lying area at the entrance of the cutting lane,resulting in a large water flow in the cutting lane,serious equipment damage,and the water cannot be discharged from the working face effectively in time,which not only affects the rapid digging of the lane,but also seriously threatens the safety of water exploration and discharge construction in the lane,Niushan coal mine through The company's products and services are available in a wide range of sizes and sizes.Through the practical application effect,it has achieved significant application effect.
