摘  要:针对12301综采工作面回撤通道支护时面临的围岩承载能力差、破碎、采动压力影响显著等问题,提出使用锚网索+注浆方式进行支护。顶板使用规格Φ21.6 mm×7 300 mm钢绞线锚索,确保锚索锚固端深入到巷道上覆坚硬、稳定的基本顶2 m以上且使用的树脂锚固剂锚固长度在2 m以上,锚索间配合注浆孔、化学浆液充填顶板裂隙,在增强锚索与顶板岩层耦合效果的同时提升顶板岩层承载能力;巷帮靠近上部位置进行注浆,提升破碎煤体稳定性,避免在采动压力作用下出现片帮问题。现场应用后,12301综采工作面回撤通道始终保持稳定,顶底板、巷帮变形量分别控制在58 mm、51 mm,未有冒顶(漏顶)、片帮等情况发生,回撤通道空间可满足综采设备回撤需要,现场取得较为显著的围岩支护效果。In response to the problems of poor surrounding rock bearing capacity,fragmentation,and significant impact of mining pressure when supporting the withdrawal channel of 12301 fully mechanized mining face,the use of anchor mesh cable and grouting method is proposed for support.Top plate usage specification 21.6 mm×7300 mm steel strand anchor cable ensures that the anchor end of the anchor cable penetrates into the hard and stable basic roof of the roadway by more than 2 meters,and the anchoring length of the resin anchoring agent used is more than 2 meters.The grouting holes and chemical slurry are used to fill the roof cracks between the anchor cables,enhancing the coupling effect between the anchor cable and the roof rock layer while enhancing the bearing capacity of the roof rock layer;Grouting is carried out near the upper part of the roadway to improve the stability of the fractured coal body and avoid the problem of rock fragmentation under mining pressure.After on-site application,the withdrawal channel of the 12301 fully mechanized mining face remained stable,and the deformation of the roof,floor,and roadway sides were controlled at 58 mm and 51 mm,respectively.There were no roof falls(roof leakage),wall fragmentation,etc.The space of the withdrawal channel can meet the withdrawal needs of the fully mechanized mining equipment,and significant surrounding rock support effects were achieved on site.
