摘　　要：基于矿用多绳摩擦式提升机天轮在人工检修时难度大,无法实时对天轮运行状况、磨损情况进行监测,导致天轮经常出现故障,严重威胁着矿用提升机安全高效运行的问题,大斗沟综合区通过技术研究,决定对提升机天轮处安装了一套在线监测装置,分析了该装置结构组成及工作原理,并通过实际应用效果来看,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the high difficulty of manual maintenance of the crown wheel of a mining multi rope friction hoist,which makes it impossible to monitor the operation and wear of the crown wheel in real time,the crown wheel often malfunctions,posing a serious threat to the safe and efficient operation of the mining hoist.Through technical research,the Dadougou Comprehensive Area has decided to install an online monitoring device at the crown wheel of the hoist,and analyzed the structural composition and working principle of the device,And through practical application results,significant application results have been achieved.
