薄煤层双滚筒采煤机设备的选型与应用

摘　　要：根据宝欣煤矿的煤层条件,选取MG200/456-AWD型双滚筒采煤机进行2号煤层的开采。应用结果表明,2号煤层2102工作面产煤量可以达到12.98万t/年,并且从实际应用效果来看,采煤成套设备的故障率由原来的17%降低到8%,同时采煤设备的保养维修费用可节省约30万元/年,不仅大幅提高了资源开采效率,而且积累了薄煤层开采的自动化的宝贵经验。Based on the coal seam conditions of Baoxin Coal Mine,the MG200/456-AWD double drum shearer was selected for the mining of the No.2 coal seam.The application results show that the coal production of 2102 working face in Coal Seam 2 can reach 129800 t/year,and from the actual application effect,the failure rate of the complete coal mining equipment has been reduced from 17%to 8%.At the same time,the maintenance and repair cost of the coal mining equipment can be saved by about 300000 t/year.Not only has the efficiency of resource extraction greatly improved,but valuable experience has been accumulated in the automation of thin coal seam mining.
