综采工作面液压支架活柱下沉量监测装置应用

摘　　要：综采工作面在回采期间受顶板压力、支架质量等影响,液压支架活柱经常出现卸压现象,降低了支架支护质量,综采工作面传统采用人工方式巡检活柱下沉情况及下沉量,但是人工巡检时劳动作业强度大、精度低且盲目性大,无法及时准确判断活柱下沉情况。基于此,重点对某矿8102工作面液压支架活柱安装一套活柱下沉量监测装置,通过实际应用效果来看,取得了显著应用成效。During the recovery period,the hydraulic bracket live column often unloads due to the pressure of the roof and the quality of the bracket,which reduces the quality of the bracket support.This paper focuses on the installation of a set of live column sinkage monitoring device on the live column of hydraulic support at 8102 working face of a mine,which has achieved remarkable results through practical application.
