摘  要:为了研究抗菌功能对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)材料在冰箱内胆上应用的影响,选用两种银系抗菌剂制成抗菌HIPS内胆材料,对上述材料的力学性能、耐油性能、抗菌性能、食品安全、整机成型及老化性能进行研究。通过研究表明两种抗菌HIPS内胆的力学性能、板材物理性能及耐油性能对比普通HIPS均无明显变化;当抗菌剂A的添加量为0.5%或者抗菌剂B的添加量为3%时,抗菌HIPS内胆材料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率在99.99%以上,且食品接触测试均可满足法规要求;选用了150 L单门冰箱和520 L多门冰箱进行整机加速老化测试,结果表明添加两类抗菌剂后,内胆部件的可靠性仍可满足要求。银系抗菌剂可在冰箱内胆上广泛应用,促进冰箱行业的健康安全升级。In order to study the effect of antibacterial function on HIPS material used in refrigerator liner,two kinds of silver antibacterial agents were used to make antibacterial HIPS liner material.The mechanical properties,oil resistance,antibacterial properties,food safety,machine forming and accelerated aging properties of these materials were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties,physical properties and oil resistance of the two antibacterial HIPS have no obvious changes compared with those of ordinary HIPS.When the amount of antibacterial agent A is 0.5%or the amount of antibacterial agent B is 3%,the antibacterial rate of HIPS liner material against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is more than 99.99%,and the food contact test can meet the regulatory requirements.150 L single-door refrigerator and 520 L multi-door refrigerator were selected for accelerated aging test.The results show that the reliability of the inner parts can still meet the requirements after adding two kinds of antibacterial agents.Silver antibacterial agent can be widely used in refrigerator liner,which can promote the health and safety upgrade of refrigerator industry.
