摘　　要：洗衣机具有自动升降脚轮移动功能,对于打扫洗衣机底部卫生,安全便捷移动洗衣机以及产品的适老性具有重要意义。基于为用户提供一种操作简单、使用方便、耐用可靠的洗衣机移动解决方案的目标,研发出了一种自动升降脚轮移动装置。该装置设计了一套移动洗衣机的脚轮,通过对脚轮运行轨迹精密模拟及受力大小的分析、电机力矩理论计算、仿真模拟、大量可靠性试验验证以及用户体验,创新设计了有电机齿轮变速传动、点动控制到位、杠杆传动升降、万向轮移动的洗衣机,可以通过自动升降脚轮方便地移动洗衣机,解决了滚筒洗衣机机器重、不容易搬运的行业难题,提高了洗衣机产品的适老性。The washing machine has the function of automatic lifting castor movement,which is of great significance for cleaning the bottom of the washing machine conveniently,moving the washing machine safely and conveniently,elderly-oriented.Based on the goal of providing users with a simple,convenient,durable and reliable washing machine moving solution,an automatic lifting castor mobile device has been developed.The device has designed a set of casters for mobile washing machines.Through precise calculation of the running track of the casters,theoretical calculation of motor torque,simulation,a large number of reliability tests and user experience,it has innovatively designed a washing machine with motor gear variable speed transmission,inching control in place,lever drive lifting,universal wheel movement,which can easily move the washing machine through automatic lifting casters,it has solved the industrial problem of heavy machinery and difficult handling in the drum washing machine industry,and improved the aging of washing machine products.
