摘　　要：习近平关于科技创新重要论述是一个体系完整、逻辑严密、内涵丰富、博大精深的科学理论体系,其共有四大体系十五个方面的内容:(1)科技创新的方略体系,包括科技创新的目标、地位、道路、方向和战略等五个方面;(2)科技创新的理念体系,包括科技自立自强理念、科技创新全球化理念、科技创新生态化理念和科技伦理理念等四个方面;(3)科技创新的支撑体系,包括科技创新的人才支撑和资金支撑等两个方面;(4)科技创新的保障体系,包括科技创新的政治保障、科技体制保障、法制保障和社会环境保障等四个方面。Xi Jinping's important discussion on scientific and technological Innovation is an integrated system with strict logic,rich connotation,extensive and profound scientific system.There are four major systems with 15 aspects in it.First,the strategy system of scientific and technological innovation,featuring such five aspects as the goal,status,path,direction and strategy of scientific and technological innovation;Second,the concept system of scientific and technological innovation,including self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology,the globalization of scientific and technological innovation,ecologization of science and technology innovation,and the concept of scientific and technological ethics;Third,the support system of scientific and technological innovation,involving talent and financial support of scien-tific and technological innovation;Fourth,the guarantee system of scientific and technological innovation,consisting of po-litical guarantee,scientific and technological system guarantee,legal guarantee,social and environmental guarantee.
