摘　　要：将新能源汽车的产业政策作为研究对象,分为供给导向型和需求导向型两种类型,研究不同类型的产业政策对于企业技术创新的影响。结果表明:(1)产业政策对于企业技术创新有着显著的促进作用,且高强度的供给导向型产业政策对新能源汽车行业技术创新的促进作用更大;(2)供给导向型和需求导向型产业政策对新能源汽车行业技术创新的影响存在明显差异;(3)新能源汽车产业政策对技术创新的作用效果显现较快且时间持久。因此,推行产业政策时,应注重使用以研发投资和人才支持为主的高强度供给导向型政策,促进企业创新能力的提升,同时也要重视政策的时效性问题。Take the industrial policy of new-energy vehicles as the research object and divide it into two types:supplyoriented policy and demand-oriented policy.Study the influence of different industrial policies on technological innovation of enterprises.The results show that:Firstly,industrial policy promotes technological innovation,while high-intensity supplyoriented industrial policy plays a greater role in the new-energy vehicles industry.Secondly,there are differences in the im-pact of different industrial policies on the technological innovation of the new energy automobile industry.Thirdly,the effect of industrial policy on technological innovation appeared fast and lasted for a long time.Therefore,in the implementation of industrial policies,more attention should be paid on high-intensity supply-oriented policies,which mainly focus on R&D investment and talent support,to promote the improvement of enterprises'innovation abilities.Meanwhile,the timeliness of policies should receive more attention.
