摘 要:随着油田开采的不断发展,深井采油对钢丝绳的性能要求也越来越高,要求其具有高的破断拉力、良好的结构稳定性及抗旋转性能。选用多层压实股钢丝绳替代常规结构钢丝绳是发展的趋势。对35(W)×K7-52 mm石油钻井用超高强度压实股钢丝绳进行研制,钢丝绳要求最小破断拉力2480 kN。通过优化钢丝绳工艺设计及各工序生产工艺,各层股均采用压实结构,股径压缩率控制在13.4%~14.5%,股径公差控制在-1%~+1%,内、外层绳采用一次捻制工艺技术。研制结果,钢丝绳实测直径53.60~53.80 mm,钢丝绳破断拉力2530 kN,钢丝破断拉力总和3146.31 kN,各项技术指标均满足标准及合同要求。With development of oilfield production,performance of wire rope is required to be higher and higher,which requires high breaking tension,good structural stability and anti-rotation performance.It is also the main trend to choose multi-layer compacted strand wire rope instead of conventional structure wire rope.Ultra-high strength compacted strand wire rope for 35(W)×K7-52 mm oil drilling is developed,minimum breaking tension of wire rope is 2480 kN.By optimizing technological design of wire rope and production process of each procedure,compacting structure is adopted for each strand,compression ratio of strand diameter is controlled 13.4%~14.5%,tolerance of strand diameter is controlled-1%~+1%,the inner and outer layers of rope are laid once.Results show that measured diameter of wire rope is 53.60~53.80 mm,breaking tension of wire rope is 2530 kN,and total breaking tension of wire rope is 3146.31 kN,all technical indicators meet requirements of standard and contract.
