摘　　要：工字轮作为承载工具用于线材制品的周转和生产,为解决工字轮在收放线机上的人工装卸及车间周转时生产效率低、劳动强度大的问题,针对焊丝类线材生产企业研制了工字轮自动装卸转运车,对其主要的机械结构、控制系统方案设计及其在焊丝企业的技术应用特点进行阐述。并对高效全自动工字轮装卸及周转技术应用在未来线材制品生产企业自动化、智能化方面的发展进行展望。Spool is used as load-bearing tool for wire products transfer and production.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity in manual loading and unloading and workshop spool transfer,transfer vehicle for automatic loading and unloading spool has been developed for welding wire production enterprises.It’s main mechanical structure,control system scheme design,and technical application characteristics in welding wire enterprises is analyzed,automatic loading and unloading spool and transfer technology in future automation and intelligence of wire product production enterprises is prospected.
