摘　　要：笼状畸变是多层股阻旋转钢丝绳使用过程中常见现象之一,现有相关资料将其产生原因归结如下:或钢丝绳进出滑轮(卷筒)偏角过大,或钢丝绳所经过滑轮(卷筒)沟槽半径过小,或安装钢丝绳不正确,或钢丝绳工作时受到了大的冲击载荷等。分析认为,导致钢丝绳使用过程出现笼状畸变与钢丝绳本身制造质量不高密切相关。提高钢丝绳捻制紧密性、改善钢丝绳阻旋转性能、实现内外层绳受力尽可能一致、重视钢丝绳润滑质量、严于标准控制钢丝绳直径偏差和对内层绳进行包塑、压实等对预防笼状畸变发生十分重要。Birdcage distortion is one of the common phenomena in use of multi-strand rotation resistant wire rope,The existing relevant data attributed its cause to excessive deflection angle of wire rope through pulley(reel),or small radius of groove of wire rope through pulley(reel),or incorrect installation of wire rope,or large impact load of wire rope when working etc.The analysis shows that birdcage distortion is closely related to poor manufacturing quality of wire rope itself.it is very important to improve tightness of wire rope lay,improve rotation resistance of wire rope,realize force of inner and outer layers rope as much as possible,pay attention to lubrication quality of wire rope,strictly control diameter deviation of wire rope in accordance with standard,and carry on plastic coating and compaction of inner rope to prevent birdcage distortion.
