废液引流俯卧位包的设计及其在经皮肾镜术中的应用

摘　　要：目的自主设计的一种带废液引流功能的俯卧位包,并观察其在经皮肾镜碎石取石术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至8月在我院泌尿中心手术室行经皮肾镜碎石取石术的114例患者作为研究对象,采用便利抽样法分为两组,观察组(n=57)和对照组(n=57),其中观察组使用自主设计的带有废液引流功能且防水的泌尿腔内手术用俯卧位包,对照组使用传统可重复使用的高温高压灭菌的布类敷料包。记录两组铺单时间、手术区域污染率、低体温发生率、术后清整手术间的时间、结石完整收集率以及医护满意度评分,比较两组的差异。结果两组在铺单时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组在手术区域污染率、低体温发生率以及术后清整手术间的时间上均低于对照组,结石完整收集率以及医护满意度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带有废液引流功能的俯卧位包能够降低低体温发生风险,提高医护满意度,便于临床使用,值得推广应用。Objective A prone position bag with waste drainage function was self-designed,and to observed its application effect in percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods A total of 114 patients who underwent PCNL in the operating room of the Urology Center of our hospital from March to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by convenient sampling method,the observation group(n=57)and the control group(n=57).The observation group used the self-designed prone position bag with waste drainage function and waterproof for intracavitary surgery.The control group used traditional reusable autoclaved cloth dressing packs.The time of laying out bills,the rate of contamination in the surgical area,the incidence of postoperative hypothermia,the time between postoperative debridement and surgery,the rate of complete collection of stones,and the satisfaction of urologists and nurses were recorded of the two groups,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in draping time between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in terms of the contamination rate of the operation area,the incidence of postoperative hypothermia,and the time to arrange the operation room after operation,and the complete collection rate of stones and the score of the satisfaction were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The prone position bag for PCNL with waste fluid drainage function can reduce the risk of surgical complications,improve the satisfaction of doctors and nurses,facilitate clinical use,and is worthy of popularization and application.
