摘　　要：给出液氯处理工艺流程图。介绍生产过程中的多项技术改造:在液氯储槽安全阀前增加爆破片;液氯包装泵进行变频改造;将液氯槽车充装平台由开式改为密闭式;液氯储槽厂房进行密闭改造;密闭厂房外围喷淋设施改造;液氯储槽进出口切断阀改造。改造后,提升了液氯装置运行的安全性,确保生产系统本质安全。The process flowchart of liquid chlorine treatment wasgiven.Multiple technical modifications were carried out:adding bursting discs in front of the safety valve of the liquid chlorine storage tank;frequency conversion transformation of liquid chlorine packaging pump;changing the open type of filling platform for liquid chlorine tank trucks to a closed type;enclosed liquid chlorine storage tank building;spray facilities around the enclosed liquid chlorine storage tank building;renovation of inlet and outlet shut-off valves for liquid chlorine storage tanks.After the renovations were conducted,the operation safety of the liquid chlorine device has been improved,and the intrinsic safety of the production system was ensured.
