周鹏基于调神固本思想论治慢性五官疾病

摘　　要：慢性五官疾病是五官疾病中的疑难点,相较于急性五官病证,其病情复杂、病程缠绵、难以根治且多伴有情志病变。周鹏教授基于“整合针灸”思维提出“调神固本思想”,从心、脾、肾论治慢性五官疾病,选用督脉、心经、脾经、肾经相关腧穴配合,调心神、脑神以司五官之神,养脾肾以固五官之形,在临床上疗效显著,对扩展五官病的临床辨治具有重要的指导意义。Chronic diseases of the five sensory organs are difficult to treat.Compared with acute diseases of five sensory organs,chronic diseases are more complex,protracted,difficult to remove the root cause and often associated with emotional and psychological pathologies.Based on the thinking of"integrated acupuncture",Professor ZHOU Peng puts forward the thought of"regulating mind and consolidating vital base",which advocates to treat chronic diseases of five sensory organs from the heart,spleen and kidney.It emphasizes the coordination of the relevant acupoints in governor vessol,heart meridian,spleen meridian and kidney meridian to regulate heart spirit and brain spirit as the spirit of five sensory organs.Nourishing the spleen and kidney in the form of reinforcing the five sensory organs has significant clinical effect and important guiding significance for the clinical differentiation and treatment of five sensory organs.
