越鞠丸解郁组方思路及其在痤疮治疗中的应用

摘　　要：分析元代朱丹溪《丹溪心法》之治郁名方越鞠丸(主要由香附、苍术、川芎、神曲、栀子组成)的组方思路,并结合临床实际探讨了痤疮的发病机制。认为越鞠丸治郁的思路为以理气解郁为本,恢复中焦升降及消导为要;痤疮的发病与气、血、痰、湿、食、火六郁密切相关。基于以上认识,自拟方解郁消痤方(由苍术、香附、川芎、白术、茯苓、栀子、僵蚕、蝉蜕、姜黄、大黄、生甘草组成)治疗痤疮,临床效验明显,可为中医药治疗痤疮提供参考。This article aims to analyze the formula ways of the famous formula Yueju Pills(mainly composed of Cyperi Rhizoma,Atractylodis Rhizoma,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Massa Medicata Fermentata and Gardeniae Fructus)for treating depressive syndrome from the Danxi’s Experiential Therapy(Dan Xi Xin Fa)written by ZHU Danxi in the Yuan Dynasty,and to explore the pathogenesis of acne in the context by combining the clinical practice.It is believed that the formula ways of Yueju Pills for the treatment of depressive syndrome is to regulate qi and to relieve depression,and the key is to restore the ascending and descending of middle energizer and to promote digestion.The onset of acne is closely related to the six kinds of stagnancy of qi,blood,phlegm,dampness,food and fire.Therefore,the treatment of acne is effective by using the self-prescribed Jieyu Xiaocuo Formula(composed of Atractylodis Rhizoma,Cyperi Rhizoma,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria,Gardeniae Fructus,Bombyx Batryticatus,Cicadae Periostracum,Curcumae Longae Rhizoma,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,and crude Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),and the medication will provide a reference for the treatment of acne with Chinese medicine.
