从胃强脾弱探讨小儿营养不良的治疗

摘　　要：小儿营养不良可归属中医学的“疳证”范畴。临床中部分营养不良患儿可见多食易饥、形体消瘦、大便不调等主症,符合“胃强脾弱”证型表现,此类患儿的治疗可采用运脾泻热、调和营卫之法,处方用药可予益黄散(主要由陈皮、诃子、青皮、甘草等组成)合泻黄散(主要由防风、藿香、石膏、栀子、甘草等组成)加桂枝、白芍、苍术,以实现整体调理脏腑功能,治疗营养不良的目的。Malnutrition in children can be classified as“infantile malnutrition syndrome”in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.In clinical practice,primary manifestations of excessive eating with frequent hunger,emaciation and disordered defecation or stool can be seen in partial cases of malnourished children,which are in line with the syndrome of stomach hyperactivity and spleen deficiency.And the treatment of those malnourished children can be carried out by activating spleen and purging heat,and harmonizing nutritive qi and defensive qi.Yihuang Powder(mainly composed of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Chebulae Fructus,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.)combined with Xiehuang Powder(mainly composed of Saposhnikoviae Radix,Pogostemonis Herba,Gypsum Fibrosum,Gardeniae Fructus,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.)plus Cinnamomi Ramulus,Paeoniae Radix Alba and Atractylodis Rhizoma can be prescribed for achieving the overall regulation of the functions of the zang-fu organs and curing malnutrition.
