摘 要:【目的】探讨不同来源黄芪化学成分,并分析其抗疲劳价值。【方法】所有纳入仿野生组材料均来源于山西浑源产仿野生黄芪药材,鉴定为蒙古黄芪;人工培育组材料均来源于甘肃陇西,鉴定为人工培育黄芪。仿野生组受试对象规律服用仿野生黄芪,人工培育组受试对象规律服用甘肃产人工培育黄芪,2组均每日使用15 g,代茶饮,连服2周为1个疗程。比较2组黄芪头部最大直径、终端长度以及绝对生长年份,比较2组浸出物含量测定结果,比较2组运动干预前后机体疲劳的生化与生理指标变化,分析不同氨基酸类、总黄酮及皂苷类水平与机体疲劳的生化与生理指标的相关性。【结果】仿野生组黄芪头部最大直径显著大于人工培育组(P<0.05),终端长度显著长于人工培育组(P<0.05),绝对生长年份显著长于人工培育组(P<0.05)。仿野生组浸出物含量测定结果中氨基酸类、总黄酮及皂苷类水平均显著高于人工培育组(P<0.05)。干预后仿野生组血清尿素氮水平高于干预前(P<0.05),且干预后仿野生组反应时明显大于干预后人工培育组(P<0.05)。氨基酸类、总黄酮及皂苷类水平与机体疲劳的生化指标血清尿素氮水平和生理指标反应时均呈正相关性(P<0.05)。【结论】与人工培育黄芪相比,仿野生黄芪浸出物中氨基酸类、总黄酮及皂苷类水平更高,具有更理想的机体抗疲劳作用。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Astragali Radix from different sources and analyze its anti-fatigue value.Methods All the materials included in the imitation wildness group were obtained from the imitating wild Astragali Radix from Hunyuan,Shanxi,and were identified as Mongolian Astragali Radix;the materials in the artificial cultivation group were obtained from Longxi,Gansu,and were identified as artificial cultivated Astragali Radix.Subjects in the imitating wildness group took imitation wild Astragali Radix regularly,while subjects in the artificial cultivation group also took Gansu artificial cultivated Astragali Radix regularly.Both groups were treated with 15 g of Astragali Radix daily as a tea substitute for 2 weeks as a course of treatment.The maximum head diameter,terminal length and absolute growth year of Astragali Radix were compared between the two groups,the results of the determination of leachate content in the two groups were compared,the changes of biochemical and physiological indicators of body fatigue before and after the exercise intervention were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between the levels of different amino acids,total flavonoids and saponins and the biochemical and physiological indicators of body fatigue were analyzed.Results The maximum diameter of the head of Astragali Radix in was significantly larger in the imitating wildness group than that of the artificial cultivation group(P<0.05),the terminal length was significantly longer than that of the artificial cultivation group(P<0.05),and the absolute growth year was significantly longer than that of the artificial cultivation group(P<0.05).The levels of amino acids,total flavonoids and saponins were significantly higher in the imitating wildness group than those in the artificial cultivation group(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen level was higher in the imitating wildness group than that in the pre-intervention group(P<0.05),and the response time was significantly greater in the imitating w
