林国华运用岭南火针联合中药辨证治疗白癜风经验总结

摘　　要：岭南火针为中医针灸特色疗法之一,具有“温”“通”“补”“清”“消”的功用。林国华教授认为,白癜风发病机理主要责之于“虚”与“风”,“风邪外袭”是白斑泛发全身的关键因素,“瘀血滞络”为皮损经久不退的内在条件,“肺气虚损”为白癜风复发的前提;针对白癜风的皮损特征及发病特点,提出“辨色论治”白癜风的观点;治疗白癜风以“发展期祛风散邪,稳定期扶正祛邪”为原则。基于岭南火针具有温经散寒、行气祛瘀、扶正祛邪等作用,林国华教授重视经络脏腑辨证及腧穴配伍,充分发挥岭南火针联合中药治疗的优势,对白癜风患者的机体进行内外共调,有效维持和稳定白癜风的复色效应,为岭南火针治疗皮肤疑难病症提供了思路和方案。Lingnan fire-needling therapy(i.e.heated-needle therapy)is one of the specific acupuncture therapies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which has warming,unblocking,tonifying,clearing and dissipating functions.Professor LIN Guo-Hua believes that the pathogenesis of vitiligo is mainly attributed to deficiency and wind.Wind pathogen attack from the exterior is the key factor for the generalization of vitiligo,blood stasis blocking the collaterals is the intrinsic condition for the skin lesions to persist for a long time,and deficiency of lung qi is the prerequisite for the recurrence of vitiligo.In view of the characteristics of vitiligo skin lesions and the onset of the disease,the thoughts of treatment based on color differentiation of vitiligo were proposed.The treatment of vitiligo should follow the principle of dispelling wind and dissipating the pathogens for advanced vitiligo,and supporting healthy qi to eliminate pathogens for stabilized vitiligo.For Lingnan fire-needling therapy has the actions of warming the channels and dissipating cold,promoting qi movement and removing blood stasis,and supporting healthy qi to eliminate pathogens,Professor LIN Guo-Hua made the simultaneous treatment of the interior and exterior,and effectively maintained and stabilized the re-colorization efficiency for vitiligo by taking the advantages of Lingnan fire-needling therapy combined with Chinese medicine through syndrome differentiation of meridians and zang-fu organs and the compatibility of acupuncture points.The experience of Professor LIN Guo-Hua will provide thoughts and solutions for the treatment of difficult and complicated cases of skin diseases with Lingnan fire-needling therapy.
