摘  要:采用细旦双抗腈纶纤维、莫代尔纤维以及涤纶暖氧吧气凝胶,配合特殊的针织提花组织结构,开发一款轻薄保暖且具有远红外发热、抗菌功能的针织内衣面料。介绍其设计思路、原料选择、编织工艺和染整工艺,选用阳离子染料和活性染料分别对腈纶和莫代尔进行两步法染色,再经抓、剪工艺生产出起绒内衣面料。并对其各项理化指标进行测试,经检测数据表明,按此工艺生产的面料色差、色牢度较好,同时弹性回复性好,抗静电、抗起毛起球,并具有远红外发热、抗菌、保暖功能,是一款集舒适性和功能性为一体的针织内衣面料。In this paper,the fine denier double resistant acrylic fiber,modal fiber and polyester Warm Oxygen Bar aerogel were used to developed light and thermal knitted underwear fabric with far infrared emission and antibacterial function,which combined with special jacquard kntted structure.The design ideas,raw material selection,knitting process and dyeing and finishing process were introduced.Acrylic fiber and modal fiber were dyed with cationic dyes and reactive dyes respectively,and then the pile underwear fabric was produced by grasping and shearing process.Meanwhile,the physical and chemical indices were tested.The results show that the fabric produced by this process has good color difference and color fastness,good elastic recovery,anti-static,antipilling,far-infrared emission,antibacterial and warmth retention functions,which is a knitted underwear fabric with comfort and functionality.
