摘　　要：介绍丝光棉弹力针织布编织、预定形、烧毛、丝光、中和、煮漂增白、平网同步上浆印花、蒸化、水洗、多功能柔软整理、蒸呢、预缩等工序加工。重点探讨平网同步上浆印花、定点数码喷印处上浆代替传统全幅上浆、花型精细处运用数码喷印、大刮底采用传统平网印花方式等,省去了数码上浆作为单独一个工序而占用资源和产生能源消耗,整合平印花机印制的颜色饱和度、深度和数码喷墨印花的细腻层次与丰富色彩两种技术的优势,同时大大减少数码墨水用量。并利用复配抗菌、抗静电、冰爽柔滑的后整理进行多功能柔软整理,赋予织物优异的表面冰凉滑爽特性和抗菌抗静电性能。It introduces the processing of mercerized cotton elastic knitwear knitting,presetting,singeing,mercerizing,neutralization,boiling,bleaching,flat net synchronous pulp printing,steaming,washing,multi-functional soft finishing,steaming,pre-shrinkage and so on.The paper focuses on the synchronous sizing printing of flat screen,fixed point digital printing sizing instead of traditional full sizing,and the fine pattern area uses digital printing,The large bottom coating adopts the traditional flat screen printing method,which eliminates digital pooling as a separate process to occupy resources and energy consumption,and integrates the advantages with color saturation,depth of flat printing machine and the exquisite layer and rich color of digital inkjet printing.At the same time,it can greatly reduce the amount of digital ink used.The use of compound antibacterial,antistatic,smooth finishing agent for multi-functional soft finishing gives the fabric excellent cold and smooth properties and antibacterial and antistatic properties.
