摘　　要：目的:探讨心理弹性与不安全依恋如何影响家庭环境与青少年抑郁之间的关系。方法:230名12~18岁的抑郁症患者完成家庭环境量表简式、依恋方式问卷、心理弹性问卷以及流调中心用抑郁量表,建立有调节的中介模型。结果:(1)不良家庭环境正向预测青少年抑郁水平;(2)不安全依恋部分中介了不良家庭环境与青少年抑郁之间的关系;(3)心理弹性在直接路径(不良家庭环境→青少年抑郁)和间接路径(不良家庭环境→不安全依恋→青少年抑郁)起调节作用,心理弹性的保护性作用在低应激条件下较为明显,而随着应激水平的增加,心理弹性的保护性作用逐渐减弱。结论:心理弹性既调节了不良家庭环境对青少年抑郁的直接作用,又调节了不良家庭环境通过不安全依恋对青少年抑郁的间接作用,符合“应激-易感”理论模式。Objective:To explore how psychological resilience and insecure attachment affect the relationship between family environment and depression in adolescents.Methods:A total of 230 adolescents(12-18 years-old)diagnosed with major depressive disorder were recruited to complete the Family Environment Scale brief version(FES),Attachment Style Questionnaire-Insecure Attachment Subscale(ASQ-IA),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression(CES-D).Results:(1)Poor family environment positively predicted depression in adolescents;(2)Insecure attachment partially mediated the relationship between family environment and depression;(3)Psychological resilience moderated both the direct(poor family environmentdepression in adolescents)and indirect effect(poor family environment→insecure attachment→depression in adolescents),while the protective effect was more pronounced under low-stress condition and diminished with increasing level of stress.Conclusion:Psychological resilience moderates both the direct and the indirect effect of poor family environment on depression in adolescents through insecure attachment,which is consistent with the stress-vulnerability model.
