大五人格与中国人的主观幸福感:对近20余年本土研究的元分析

摘　　要：目的:运用元分析的方法探讨中国人大五人格和主观幸福感(SWB)的关系以及可能的调节因素。方法:系统检索了相关的中英文文献,符合纳入标准的文献共122篇(英文文献20篇,中文文献102篇),总样本量为79438人。使用CMA 3.3软件进行数据分析。结果:(1)SWB与经验开放性、责任心、外倾性和宜人性呈显著正相关(r=0.188~0.330),而与神经质呈显著负相关(r=-0.335)。(2)中国人大五人格和SWB的相关性类似于西方但相关系数略低。(3)中国人大五人格与SWB之间的相关受到性别、年龄、地区等因素的调节。结论:中国人大五人格与SWB关系密切,性别、年龄、地区和发表时间是重要的调节变量。Objective:A meta-analytic approach was used to explore the relationship between Chinese Big five personality and subjective well-being(SWB)and the possible moderators.Methods:Relevant Chinese and English literature was systematically searched,and 122 articles(20 in English and 102 in Chinese)met the inclusion criteria,with a total sample size of 79,438 individuals.CMA 3.3 software was used to analyze the data.Results:①SWB was significantly positively correlated with openness,conscientiousness,extraversion and agreeableness(r=0.188-0.330),while it was significantly negatively correlated with neuroticism(r=-0.335).②The correlation between Chinese Big five personality and SWB was similar to that of the West Country but with a slightly lower coefficient.The correlation between Chinese Big five personality and SWB was moderated by gender,age,and region.Conclusion:Chinese Big Five personality is closely related to SWB,and gender,age,region and publication time are important moderating variables.
