成人依恋对大学生孤独感的影响:社会支持和个人评价的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探索社会支持和个人评价在成人依恋和大学生孤独感关系中的多重中介作用。方法:选取596名大学生,采用亲密关系经历量表(ECR)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、个人评价问卷(PEI)和孤独感量表(UCLA)分别测量其成人依恋、社会支持、个人评价及孤独感的水平。结果:(1)依恋回避对孤独感的直接效应显著;社会支持中的客观支持和支持利用度两个因子在依恋回避对孤独感的影响中起中介作用,支持利用度和个人评价在依恋回避对孤独感的影响中起链式中介作用。(2)依恋焦虑对孤独感的直接效应显著;个人评价在依恋焦虑对孤独感的影响中起中介作用。结论:社会支持和个人评价在成人依恋对孤独感的影响中起多重中介效应,且依恋焦虑和依恋回避两个维度的中介机制有差异。Objective:To explore the relationship between adult attachment and loneliness,and examine whether support and personal evaluation served as mediators in the relationship between adult attachment and loneliness.Methods:Totally 598 college students were surveyed with the Experiences in Close Relationship inventory(ECR),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Personal Evaluation Inventory(PEI)to measure their adult attachment,social support,personal evaluation and loneliness.Results:Attachment avoidance could predict loneliness directly(β=0.090,P<0.05).Regarding the attachment avoidance dimension,the mediating role of social support and the serial mediating role of personal evaluation via social support were found in this linkage,and the significant mediating roles were composed of:(a)the mediating roles of objective support(effect size=6.7%)and the rate of social support utilization(effect size=16.5%)for loneliness and(b)serial mediating role of personal evaluation via the rate of social support utilization for loneliness(effect size=33.5%).(2)Attachment anxiety could predict loneliness directly(β=0.210,P<0.01).Regarding the attachment anxiety dimension,the mediating role of personal evaluation for loneliness was found(effect size=35.8%).Conclusion:Social support and personal evaluation played mediating roles in adult attachment and loneliness.Results revealed that the underlying mechanisms of attachment orientations in loneliness were different.
