摘 要:为探究石墨烯改性涤纶纱线在柔性织物传感器的应用,对石墨烯改性涤纶纱线进行多根并股,研究了纱线根数、长度、拉伸、洗涤等因素对纱线导电性的影响,并对纱线的力学与传感性能进行了探讨。结果表明:石墨烯改性涤纶纱线的电阻与测量长度成正相关,与纱线根数成负相关。与3、9、12、24根石墨烯相比,6根石墨烯改性涤纶并股纱线是断裂伸长率、导电性及传感性较好的试样;拉伸率为12%~30%时导电纱线的线性度和灵敏度比拉伸率为0~12%时好;洗涤次数对导电纱线的电阻影响不大。To explore the application of graphene-modified polyester yarns in flexible fabric sensors,this paper studied the effects of yarn number,length,stretching,washing and other factors on the electrical conductivity of the yarn by combining multiple strands of graphene-modified polyester yarns and discussed the mechanical and sensing properties of the yarn.The results show that the resistance of the graphene-modified polyester yarn is positively correlated with the measured length,and negatively correlated with the number of yarn.Compared with yarn strands of 3,9,12 and 24,6 strands of graphene-modified polyester yarn shows better elongation at break,electrical conductivity and sensing properties.The linearity and sensitivity of conductive yarn at 12%-30%of stretch rate are better than those at 0-12%of stretch rate.The number of washing times has little effect on the resistance of conductive yarn.
