摘  要:针对特高压站建设过程中,吊车吊装作业时常超越安全距离,对带电运行设备产生安全隐患,通过分析影响变电站吊装作业的安全因素,提出一种融合超宽带定位数据和工频电场数据的吊装作业安全预警系统。介绍吊装作业安全预警系统的设计架构,站内汇集控制单元以STM32F103嵌入式芯片为控制器,现场测量数据通过透传模块ZM5161P2-2C和Air-724实现设备组网和数据远传,基于卡尔曼滤波算法实现吊装移动作业的位置估计,通过工频电场测量区分带电设备和非带电设备,基于碰撞时间和安全距离的计算进行吊车作业主动预警。现场测试结果表明系统可有效安全管控特高压站内吊装。In the process of UHV station construction,the crane hoisting operation often exceeds the safety distance,which causes potential safety hazards to live equipment.By analyzing the safety factors affecting the substation hoisting operation,a hoisting operation safety early warning system integrating ultra wideband positioning data and power frequency electric field data is proposed.This paper introduces the design framework of the safety early warning system for hoisting operation.The centralized control unit in the station uses STM32F103 embedded chip as the controller.The field measurement data is transmitted through ZM5161P2-2C and Air-724 modules to realize equipment networking and data remote transmission.The position estimation of hoisting mobile operation is realized based on Kalman filter algorithm.The live equipment and non live equipment are distinguished by power frequency electric field measurement.Based on the calculation of collision time and safety distance,the crane operation active warning is carried out.The field test results show that the system can effectively and safely control the lifting in UHV station.
