摘  要:以智能在线五防模式为基础,针对闭锁防误技术,设计一款自动化闭锁、解锁系统。基于过程层,利用电磁式地线闭锁设备,同步采集并传输地线闭锁状态与遥信信号至间隔层、站控层中;间隔层通过远动通信管理机发送调度指令给保护测控设备,经逻辑判定与闭锁执行,逐层闭锁、解锁,采用快速报文机制,实现过程层与间隔层通信;结合五防逻辑规则库生成策略,架构出自动化的闭锁、解锁系统。经实例验证,系统功能更加智能化,在执行倒闸操作任务时更加高效,且维护、卡阻等问题发生次数明显减少,有效实现了系统的自动化目标。Based on the intelligent online five-prevention mode,an automatic locking and unlocking system is designed for the locking and anti-error technology.Based on the process layer,the electromagnetic ground wire locking device is used to synchronously collect and transmit the ground wire locking state and remote signal to the bay layer and station control layer;the bay layer sends scheduling instructions to the protection measurement and control equipment through the remote communication management machine.Logic judgment and execution of blocking,blocking and unlocking layer by layer,adopting a fast message mechanism to realize the communication between the process layer and the interval layer;combined with the five-prevention logic rule library generation strategy,an automated locking and unlocking system is constructed.Proved by examples,the built system functions are more intelligent,and it is more efficient when performing switching tasks,and the occurrence of maintenance,jamming and other problems is significantly reduced,effectively achieving the system's automation goals.
