摘  要:样品经四酸(盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸)一次熔矿分解,利用了强酸的氧化性熔解有机质。同时利用氢氟酸破坏氧化硅晶体结构,释放待测元素,在盐酸介质中提取,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定硅质砂岩的Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)、CaO、MgO、K_(2)O、Na_(2)O。通过对硅质砂岩标准物质测定验证,其结果的准确度、精密度和加标回收均符合地质矿产对各成分定量分析的要求。本方法具有线性范围广、分析速度快、检出限低、准确度和精密度高等优点,故能在一定程度上对相关检测工作的开展带来较大的方便。The sample was decomposed by a tetramic acid(hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid),which used the oxidizing ability of strong acid to melt organic matter.At the same time,hydrofluoric acid was used to destroy the crystal structure of silicon oxide,release the elements to be measured,and extract them in hydrochloric acid medium.Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was used to determine Al_2O_3,Fe_2O_3,TiO_2,CaO,MgO,K_(2O) and Na_(2O) in siliceous sandstone.The accuracy,precision and standard recovery of the results are in line with the requirements of quantitative analysis of each component of geology and mineral resources.This method has the advantages of wide linear range,fast analysis speed,low detection limit,high accuracy and high precision,so it can bring great convenience to the development of related detection work to a certain extent.
