摘  要:本文介绍如何使用RoqSCAN自动矿物学技术优化鄂尔多斯盆地致密砂岩气区块某水平井的储层压裂改造方案(压裂选层、段/簇优化)。在非常规井完井压裂中,通常存在压裂段/簇起不到预期作用,最终达不到目标产量等问题,本文开展了2口井(A井、B井)的岩屑样品测试,其中A井用来标定和修正默认的岩石物理模型,B井利用自动矿物学技术分析计算出的矿物学数据、孔隙数据和薄弱面等数据来验证此岩石物理模型,并计算出B井水平段岩石弹性力学特征,如杨氏模量、泊松比、薄弱指数等,这些参数被直接用于优化水平井段的段、簇,以期达到最大的岩石压裂改造体积(SRV)。This paper describes how to use RoqSCAN automatic mineralogy technology to optimize a reservoir fracturing solution(fracturing zone selection,stage/cluster optimization) for a horizontal well in a tight sandstone gas block in the Ordos Basin.In unconventional completions,where stages/clusters often fail to perform as expected and ultimately fail to achieve the production target,cuttings samples from two Wells(A and B) were tested.Well A was used to calibrate and modify the default rock physics model.B well using automated mineralogy technical analysis to calculate the mineralogy data such as data and weak surface and porosity data to validate the rock physical model,and calculate the B well horizontal section of the rock elastic mechanics characteristics,such as young's modulus,poisson's ratio,weak index,etc.,these parameters are directly used for optimization of horizontal well section,the cluster,in order to achieve maximum rock fracturing volume(SRV).
