摘  要:本文以聚醚胺M2070与环氧树脂E51为原料合成了聚醚胺型环氧树脂乳化剂,利用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并采用“相反转”法配制了环氧树脂乳液,研究了M2070与E51的配比对所合成的乳化剂配制的环氧树脂乳液的粒径、乳液稳定性及漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,在110℃下,乳化剂合成需要4h;当M2070与E51的投料比为1.6:1时得到的乳化剂配制的环氧乳液粒径最小,乳液稳定性好,且制得的乳液漆膜表干时间最短,固化后的漆膜光泽度最高,吸水率较低。In this paper,polyether amine type epoxy resin emulsifier was synthesized with polyether amine M2070 and epoxy resin E51 as raw materials,and their structures were characterized using infrared spectroscopy,and the epoxy resin emulsion was formulated by the “reverse rotation” method,the effects of the ratio of M2070 to E51 on the particle size,emulsion stability and paint film properties of the epoxy resin emulsions formulated with the synthesized emulsifiers were investigated.The results show that the synthesis of emulsifier at 110℃ takes 4 h;when the feeding ratio of M2070 to E51 is 1.6:1,the epoxy emulsion formulated by the emulsifier has the smallest particle size and good emulsion stability;the film has the shortest surface drying time,and the cured paint film has the highest gloss and low water absorption.
