摘 要:常规的石油炼制设备运营状态实时监控技术使用自动提取法获取设备运营状态参数,易受运营状态变化敏感性影响,导致其运营状态监控延时较高。因此需要设计一种全新的石油炼制设备运营状态实时监控技术。本文以运营事件传输闭环为基础,设计了石油炼制设备运营状态自动化实时监控平台,再结合输出的状态实时监控参数构建了运营状态实时监控模型,从而完成石油炼制设备运营状态实时监控。实验结果表明,设计的石油炼制设备运营状态实时监控技术在不同监控采样点下的运营状态监控延时较低,证明设计的监控技术的监控效果较好,符合监控实时性需求,有一定的应用价值,为提高石油炼制设备运行可靠性作出了一定的贡献。The conventional real-time monitoring technology of the operation status of the oil refining equipment uses the automatic extraction method to obtain the equipment operation status parameters,which is susceptible to the sensitivity of the operation status changes,resulting in a high operation status monitoring delay.Therefore,it is necessary to design a new real-time monitoring technology of petroleum refining equipment.This paper based on the closed-loop operation event transmission,the automatic real-time monitoring platform of petroleum refining equipment is designed,and the real-time monitoring model is constructed combined with the output real-time monitoring parameters,so as to complete the realtime monitoring of the operation status of petroleum refining equipment.Experimental results show that the design of oil refining equipment operation state real-time monitoring technology under different monitoring sampling point operation state monitoring delay is low,prove that the design of monitoring technology monitoring effect is good,meet the requirements of the real-time monitoring,has a certain application value,to improve the operational reliability of oil refining equipment has made a certain contribution.
