摘  要:在“碳中和,碳达峰”战略目标下,汽车燃料低碳化/零碳化是必然发展趋势。本文基于碳平衡法的基本原理,提出了一种基于氢平衡法的发动机燃料消耗量试验方法。本文在一满足国VI排放标准的天然气发动机试验台架上,分别基于稳态和瞬态工况开展了氢平衡法与碳平衡法测量发动机燃料消耗量的对比研究。结果表明,在发动机稳态及瞬态工况下,氢平衡法与碳平衡法表征发动机燃料消耗量的相对偏差均不超过±3.0%,符合现行标准规定。此外,本文还研究了尾气H_(2)O含量测量偏差对燃料消耗量试验结果的影响。结果表明,在稳态工况下H_(2)O含量正偏差影响较显著(-0.25%—4.5%),在瞬态工况下正偏差与负偏差影响相当(-3.0%—2.5%)。本研究将为燃氢内燃机及整车能耗测试标准开发提供理论依据和数据支持。With the proposed strategic goal of carbon neutral and carbon peak,automative vehicles fueled with low carbonization or zero carbonization become an inevitable development trend.In this paper,based on the principle of carbon balance method,a fuel consumption test method is proposed for engines based on hydrogen balance.A bench test is performed with a a natural gas engine meeting China national standard VI.The comparation between hydrogen balance and carbon balance method is investigated for fuel consumption test under steady-state and transient-state.The results indicate that the relative deviation of fuel consumption characterized by two methods is both within±3.0%that meets current standards.Besides,the effect of the deviaton of H_(2)O measurement in emissions on fuel consumption is also analyzed.The results indicate that the positive deviation has a significant effect with-0.25%-+4.5%under steady-state,while under transient-state,the positive and the negative deviation have a balanced influence with-3.0%-+2.5%.The obtained results will provide theoretical basis and data support for the development of fuel consumption test standards for hydrogen internal combustion engines and vehicles.
