摘　　要：轴向尺寸超差是曲轴制造过程中常见的质量问题。本文以公司生产的一款船用中速柴油机曲轴为例,通过对曲轴主轴颈、连杆颈加工过程调查分析,找到了轴向尺寸超差的主要原因,并采取相应措施,从而保证安全稳定生产。Axial dimension out of tolerance is a common problem in the manufacturing process of crankshaft.This paper takes the production of crankshaft journal of marine medium-speed diesel engine by company as an example.Through the investigation and analysis of the manufacturing process of the crankshaft main journal and crankshaft connecting rod,it was found the main cause of axial dimension out of tolerance of crankshaft,and so as to ensure the safe and stable production for device.
