摘 要:本文基于ALTAIR/HyperMesh建立发动机连杆总成动力学模型,对连杆总成模型进行整体坐标系的定义及对称边界条件处理,研究连杆杆身的疲劳安全因子及高周疲劳(S-N)载荷工况,分析汽缸在最大爆发压力、螺栓预紧力和轴瓦过盈装配引起的静载荷作用下连杆动力学性能,并在此基础上借助疲劳分析软件Fatigue对四分之一连杆杆身进行疲劳分析,为连杆结构设计和性能改良提供依据。In this paper,The mechanical model of engine connecting rod assembly is established based on ALTAIR/HyperMesh,The whole coordinate system is defined and the symmetric boundary conditions are processed for the connecting rod assembly model,The fatigue safety factor and high cycle fatigue(S-N)load condition of connecting rod body are studied.The dynamic performance of connecting rod is analyzed under static load caused by maximum burst pressure bolt preload and interference assembly of bearing bush.On this basis,the fatigue analysis of the quarter connecting rod is carried out with the help of fatigue analysis software Fatigue.It provides the basis for the structure design and performance improvement of connecting rod.
