摘 要:随着经济全球一体化进程的加快以及我国国民经济的飞速发展,铁路系统对货物运输的总量和质量要求变得越来越高,对现有交通运输系统提出了更大挑战。当前,中国铁路货运正朝着重载化和快捷化方向快速发展,对各类高性能新型货车的需求十分迫切。针对某公司设计的两种160km/h快捷货车转向架,对比分析了两种转向架设计方案的差异,参考EN13749:2011《铁路运用轮对和转向架构架结构要求的确定方法》进行了载荷计算,根据载荷计算结果制定了台架试验方案,并在台架试验台分别对两转向架构架进行了静强度及疲劳强度试验,试验结果表明,两种设计均符合标准要求。With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and the rapid development of China's national economy,the railway system has become increasingly demanding for the total volume and quality of freight transportation,posing greater challenges to the existing transportation system.At present,China's railway freight transport is developing rapidly in the direction of heavy haul and fast,and the demand for various high-performance new freight cars is very urgent.In view of two 160km/h fast freight car bogies designed by a company,the differences between the two bogie design schemes are compared and analyzed.The load calculation is carried out with reference to EN13749:2011 Method for Determining the Structural Requirements of Railway Wheelsets and Bogie Frames.The bench test scheme is formulated according to the load calculation results.The static strength and fatigue strength tests are carried out on the two bogie frames respectively on the bench test bench.The test results show that:,Both designs meet the standard requirements.
