摘  要:当两套或多套发电机组排气系统连接在一起时,若排气系统设计不合理,排气及在排气管形成的冷凝水会倒流进入未运行机组排气门处于打开状态的气缸内,最终导致燃烧室内形成大量冷凝水,冷凝水通过活塞与缸套之间的缝隙渗漏至油底壳导致机油乳化等问题。本文针对该问题提出了一种排气系统设计方案,经现场试验验证,能够有效解决上述问题,并为其他类似应用提供设计参考。When two or more gensets exhsust system is connected together,if the exhaust system is not designed properly,the exhaust and condensate water in the exhaust pipe will flow back into the combustion chamber of the unoperated genset,a large amount of condensate water is formed,which leakage through the gap between the piston and the cylinder liner to the oil sump,eventually lead to the oil emulsification and other problems.This paper presents a design scheme of exhaust system for this problem,through field test verification,which can effectively solve the problem,and provide references for other similar applications.
