摘　　要：本文研发了一款低泡、对铝合金无腐蚀性、清洗性能好,适用铝合金活塞的高效水基清洗剂。通过试验筛选出合适的表面活性剂,确定了表面活性剂的最佳质量比为5.0%表面活性剂复剂A,2.0%LF305,固体助剂10.0%焦磷酸钾、1.0%氢氧化钾、3.0%葡萄糖酸钠、10%单元酸。该清洗剂性能稳定,对铝合金活塞腐蚀小,泡沫低,容易漂洗,适用于喷淋清洗工艺。We have developed a high-efficiency water-based cleaning agent with low-foaming,non-corrosive,good cleaning performance,and it's suitable for cleaning aluminum alloy.We selected The suitable surfactants through the test,and the optimal mass ratio of surfactants was determined to be 5.0%surfactant A,2.0%LF305,and the solid additives were10.0%potassium pyrophosphate,8.0%KOH,5.0%sodium gluconate,and 10.0%Monocarboxylic acid.The cleaning agent is stable,non-corrosion,low foam and easy to rinse,and is suitable for spray cleaning.
