贺州市人口流动与城镇化新动向研究

摘　　要：本文以西部典型欠发达城市贺州市为例,根据贺州市2010年第六次人口普查和2020年第七次人口普查数据及2015年1%人口抽样调查数据并结合2010-2020年公安局户籍年报数据对贺州市人口流动规模与流动强度、人口迁移变化趋势、人口城镇化发展新动向以及人口流动与城镇化显著变化主要影响因素进行分析,并针对贺州市人口流动与城镇化存在的主要问题提出政策建议,为贺州市及同类城市高质量推进以人为核心的新型城镇化建设提供政策参考。Taking Hezhou,a typical underdeveloped city in the west,as an example,based on the data of the 6th population census in 2010 and the 7th population census in 2020,as well as the 1%population sample survey in 2015,and combined with the annual household registration report data of the Public Security Bureau from 2010 to 2020,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors on the scale and intensity of population migration,the changing trend of population migration,the new development trend of population urbanization,and the significant changes in population migration and urbanization in Hezhou.It also puts forward policy recommendations on the main problems of population mobility and urbanization in Hezhou,providing policy reference for Hezhou and similar cities to promote high-quality people-centered new urbanization.
