摘　　要：结合设计审查,系统梳理了小型水库安全监测设计存在的典型问题,包括部分设计单位能力不足、重要设计内容缺项漏项、设计相关的基础信息不全、已有安全监测设施利用不合理、设计未联系工程实际、监测项目本末倒置等。提出从高度重视设计工作、加强指导与培训、强化设计审查、特别关注除险加固与新建小型水库的安全监测设计等方面加强安全监测设计质量管理。Based on design review,the typical problems in design of safety monitoring for small reservoirs were systematically summarized,including inadequate capability of design organization,omission of important design content,incomplete design-related basic information,improper utilization of existing safety monitoring equipment,design divorced from engineering practice,confusing set of important and unimportant monitoring items,and et al.It is proposed that the quality management of safety monitoring needs to be enhanced in aspects such as more attention paid to the design,improvement of guidance and training,strengthening of design inspection,special focus on safety monitoring design of reinforced and newly-built small reservoirs.
