乡村振兴战略背景下湖南农村体育公共服务研究

摘　　要：在全面落实党的二十大精神与实施乡村振兴战略时,如何统筹推进农村体育公共服务体系建设,提升农民精神文化素养,值得深思。文章从湖南省农村体育公共服务角度出发,探究乡村振兴与农村体育公共服务的关系,深入分析农村体育公共服务问题,提出相应对策。研究发现,湖南省农村体育公共服务水平较低,基层体育组织较少且不健全,导致农村体育公共活动缺乏丰富性,整体呈现乏力。据此,应以体育强国建设为契机,大力发展农村体育公共服务;加强农村体育基层组织建设,保障农村体育活动有效开展;以教育宣传为抓手,提升居民参与意识。It is worth thinking about how to promote the construction of rural sports public services system and improve the spiritual and cultural quality of farmers when fully implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the rural revitalization strategy.From the perspective of rural sports public services in Hunan province,the study explores the relationship between rural revitalization and rural sports public services,makes a profound analysis of the problems,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.It is found that in the rural public services in Hunan Province there are the following problems.The level of rural sports public services is low and the grassroots sports organizations are few and unsound,which lead to the lack of richness and the overall weakness of rural sports public activities.In order to solve these problems,the paper puts forward:taking the building of a strong sporting nation as an opportunity to vigorously develop public services for sports in rural areas,strengthening the grassroots organizations of rural sports to ensure the effective implementation of rural sports activities,and making education and publicity as a means of raising residents’awareness of participation.
