基于竞优理论的辽宁省高新技术企业标杆识别研究

摘　　要：近年来,高新技术企业在经济发展过程中的作用不断加强,但辽宁省仍存在高新技术企业核心竞争力不足、缺乏行业领军企业等问题。以辽宁省高新技术上市企业为样本,构建高新技术企业核心竞争评价指标体系,收集企业数据,以竞优理论为基础,构建个体优势特征识别模型、个体代理评价模型,对样本进行评价。最终识别出8个行业标杆企业并对其进行分析。从资源管理、研发能力、技术水平、市场适应性、企业间合作等维度,为辽宁省高新技术企业的发展提出建议,以期促进辽宁省高新技术企业高质量发展。In recent years,the role of high-tech enterprises has been continuously strengthened in the process of economic development,but there are still some problems in Liaoning Province,such as the lack of core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises and the lack of industry leaders.The high and new technology listed enterprises in Liaoning are taken as the sample,the core competitiveness evaluation index system is constructed for the high-tech enterprises,and the data of enterprises are collected.Based on the theory of competitive advantage,the individual advantage identification model and the individual agent evaluation model are constructed and the sample is evaluated.Finally,eight industry benchmarking enterprises are identified and analyzed.Suggestions are put forward for the development of high-tech enterprises in Liaoning Province from the dimensions of resource management,R&D capability,technical level,market adaptability and inter-enterprise cooperation,etc.,so as to promote the high-quality development of high-tech enterprises in Liaoning Province.
