摘　　要：铁路计量是实现铁路领域单位统一、量值准确可靠的活动,在铁路工程建设、装备制造、运营管理等方面发挥着重要的支撑和保障作用。在介绍铁路计量体系内涵的基础上,指出铁路计量体系由计量技术体系和计量管理体系组成。从计量器具配备原则及技术确认、计量技术规范体系、计量溯源服务体系、计量比对和铁路计量技术研究等方面,详细分析铁路计量技术体系基本内容。从铁路计量管理规章制度、铁路企业计量管理基本架构、计量专业技术人员管理及铁路企业计量管理信息化建设等方面,详细分析铁路计量管理体系基本内容。提出铁路计量体系发展建议。Railway measurement is an activity to achieve the uniformity of measurement units,accurate and reliable value in the railway field,and plays an important role in supporting and guaranteeing railway engineering construction,equipment manufacturing,operation management and so on.On the basis of introducing the connotation of railway metrology system,it is pointed out that railway metrology system consists of metrology technology system and metrology management system.The basic contents of railway metrological technology system are analyzed in detail from the aspects of measuring instruments equipment principle and technical confirmation,metrological technical specification system,metrological traceability service system,measurement comparison and metrological technology research.The basic contents of railway metrological management system are analyzed in detail from the aspects of railway metrological management rules and regulations,railway enterprise metrological management basic structure,metrological professional and technical personnel management and railway enterprise metrological management information construction.The development suggestions of railway metrology system are put forward.
