摘 要:铁路计量是我国铁路发展的重要保障,对铁路科研、产品制造和设备设施维护保养起支撑作用。从铁路科研、铁路产品研发制造、铁路产品检验检测认证和铁路运营设备设施养护等方面,分析铁路行业对计量的需求。在分析铁路工作主要内容和特点的基础上,总结保证铁路测量数据可靠性的途径,包括测量设备、测量方法、影响量、测量人员和被测对象等因素对测量结果的影响等。指出未来铁路计量将向自动化、数字化和智能化方向发展,并为铁路建设和铁路运输提供更有力的保障。Railway metrology is an important guarantee for the development of railways in China,playing a supporting role in railway research,product manufacturing,and equipment and facility maintenance.Analyze the demand for measurement in the railway industry from aspects such as railway research and development,railway product research and development and manufacturing,railway product inspection and testing certification,and railway operation equipment and facility maintenance.On the basis of analyzing the main content and characteristics of railway work,summarize the ways to ensure the reliability of railway measurement data,including the impact of measurement equipment,measurement methods,influencing factors,measurement personnel,and measured objects on measurement results.It is pointed out that in the future,railway measurement will develop towards automation,digitization,and intelligence,and provide stronger guarantees for railway construction and transportation.
