电力机车维护用风速计校准方法研究

摘　　要：中国铁路济南局集团有限公司各机务段均配备一定数量的电力机车维护用风速计,其量值的准确性关系到机车运行安全。为实现对电力机车维护用风速计充分、有效的计量保障,保证量值准确可靠,研究电力机车维护用风速计校准方法。介绍电力机车维护用风速计技术要求、测量环境及测量设备。详细阐述电力机车维护用风速计校准方法,并对电力机车维护用风速计的测量不确定度进行分析。分析结果表明,该校准方法满足电力机车维护用风速计量值溯源要求。Each locomotive depot of China Railway Jinan Group Co.,Ltd.is equipped with a certain number of anemometers for maintenance of electric locomotive,and the accuracy of their values is related to the safety of locomotive operation.In order to achieve sufficient and effective measurement guarantee of anemometer for maintenance of electric locomotive,and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the value,the calibration method of anemometer for maintenance of electric locomotive is studied.The technical requirements,measurement environment and measurement equipment of anemometer for maintenance of electric locomotive are introduced.The calibration method of anemometer for maintenance of electric locomotive is described in detail,and its measurement uncertainty is analyzed.The analysis results show that the calibration method meets the traceability requirements of wind speed measurement value for electric locomotive maintenance.
