摘　　要：为了便于排查青岛地铁3号线站台屏蔽门控制器输入/输出板偶发故障,提高故障诊断效率,设计屏蔽门控制器输入/输出板测试装置。测试装置由上位机和下位机2部分组成,两者通过RS485通信。测试装置包括手动和自动2种工作模式。在手动模式下,通过在操作界面勾选对应信号选择框,控制下位机发出指定信号;在自动模式下,上位机软件通过读取C盘目录下的TXT指令文件,控制下位机发出指定信号。测试装置已应用到青岛地铁3号线站台屏蔽门控制器输入/输出板测试中,取得良好效果。In order to find the accidental failure of the input/output board of the platform screen door controller of Qingdao Metro Line 3 and improve the efficiency of fault and diagnosis,a test device for the input/output board of the screen door controller was designed.The test device consists of two parts:upper computer and lower computer,which communicate through RS485.The working mode of the test device is divided into manual mode and automatic mode.When running the manual mode,by ticking the corresponding signal selection box in the operation interface,the lower computer is controlled to send out the designated signal;When running automatic mode,the upper computer software controls the lower computer to send out the specified signal by reading the TXT instruction file under the C disk direc⁃tory.The test device has been applied to test the platform screen door controller of Qingdao Metro Line 3,and good re⁃sults have been achieved.
