摘 要:针对焊轨基地钢轨闪光焊接头出伤率较高,而且不合格品处置效率偏低的现象,通过分析不同作业工序所需时间,寻找制约不合格焊缝锯切重焊处置效率的关键环节。结合焊轨基地工艺流程实际布局,提出延长热线辊道线方案,制定辊道线控制方法,将不合格品处理时间从90 min缩短至45 min,作业时间缩短50%,作业效率大幅提升。同时,可以保证处置不合格品时不耽误冷线作业,消除冷线退轨作业存在的安全隐患,经济效益显著。In response to the phenomenon of high damage rate of rail flash welding joints in welding rail bases and generally low disposal efficiency of unqualified products,this paper analyzes the time required for different operating procedures,identifies key links that restrict the efficiency of sawing and rewelding disposal of unqualified welds.com⁃bining the process flow actual layout of the welding rail base,a plan to extend the hot wire roller line is proposed,and a roller line control method is developed,which reduces the processing time of unqualified products from 90 minutes to 45 minutes,reduces the operation time by 50%,significantly improves the operation efficiency,and ensured that the processing of unqualified products did not delay the cold line operation,eliminating the safety hazards of cold line exit from track operation,and achieving significant economic benefits.
