摘 要:针对目前铁路平车运输轮式车辆用止轮器应用现状和存在的问题,设计新型铸铝止轮器,确定新型铸铝止轮器用材料。计算、分析新型铸铝止轮器静强度,并参考TB/T 3162.3—2007《铁道车辆停车防溜装置第3部分:防溜铁鞋(止轮器)》,开展验证试验,提出进一步优化新型铸铝止轮器结构措施。静强度计算和验证试验结果表明,优化后的新型铸铝止轮器结构强度满足相关标准要求。In view of the current application status and existing problems of wheel stoper when railway flat car is used to transport wheeled vehicles,new cast aluminum wheel stoper is designed,and the materials of new cast alumi⁃num wheel stoper are determined.The static strength of the new cast aluminum wheel stoper was calculated and ana⁃lyzed,and the verification test was carried out by referring to TB/T 3162.3—2007 Railway car anti-sliding device for stopping-Part 3:Braking shoe for loose protection.Further optimizing the structure of the new cast aluminum wheel stoper is put forward.The results of static strength calculation and verification test show that the optimized structure strength of the new cast aluminum wheel stoper meets requirements of the relevant standard.
