摘 要:以丁苯橡胶(SBR)1502替代SBR1723对SUV轮胎胎面胶的配方进行优化。结果表明:使用36.4份SBR1502替代50份SBR1723,同时添加13.6份环保芳烃油V700对胎面胶的配方进行优化后,胶料的门尼粘度降低,焦烧时间基本无差别;硫化胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度等提升;成品轮胎的强度性能、低气压耐久性能和高速性能达到企业标准要求,滚动阻力略微降低,生产成本降低。Styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)1502 was used to replace SBR1723 to optimize the formula of the tread compound of SUV tire.The results showed that when 36.4 phr of SBR1502 and 13.6 phr of environmental aromatic oil V700 were used to replace 50 phr of SBR1723 in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the scorch time was basically the same,the tensile stress at a given elongation,tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of the vulcanizate were improved,the strength performance,low pressure durability and high speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of the enterprise standard,the rolling resistance was slightly reduced,and the production cost was reduced.
