摘  要:研究浸胶热处理工艺对锦纶66浸胶帘线蠕变性能的影响。结果表明:随着干燥区张力的增大和浸胶速度的加快,锦纶66浸胶帘线的蠕变率增大;随着牵伸区及定型区张力的增大和温度的升高,锦纶66浸胶帘线的蠕变率减小;锦纶66浸胶帘线的蠕变率与定负荷伸长率和干热收缩率有一定的相关性。The effect of dipping heat treatment process on the creep property of dipped nylon 66 cord was studied.The results showed that,the creep rate of dipped nylon 66 cord increased with the increase of drying zone tension and dipping speed.With the increase of draft and shape zone tension and temperature,the creep rate of dipped nylon 66 cord decreased.There was a certain correlation between the creep rate of dipped nylon 66 cord and the elongation at a constant load and dry heat shrinkage.
