摘  要:高光谱成像仪将光谱成像技术与光谱分析技术融合在一起,在获得目标影像信息的同时获得相应的光谱信息。开展了近红外和短波红外成像光谱仪光学设计,采用凸面光栅进行分光,在此基础上研制了近红外和短波红外成像光谱仪。经过实验测试,全波段全视场弥散斑半径均方根均小于1/2像元,MTF值均大于0.85。通过FPGA(可编程阵列逻辑器件)实现了近红外和短波红外高光谱成像仪同步触发,再经过同视场装校和速高比调整获取了具有较高信噪比的近红外-短波红外波段一体化光谱曲线,近景成像获取了近红外-短波红外影像数据,光谱真实性验证表明:获取的光谱曲线与ASD实测同像元光谱曲线相关性可达98%以上,典型矿物特征吸收峰位置偏差均在1个像元以内。最后利用近红外-短波红外高光谱影像进行矿物信息识别,取得了良好的应用效果。The hyperspectral imager integrates spectral imaging technology with spectral analysis technology,obtaining corresponding spectral information while obtaining target image information,the optical design with higher imaging quality in the near-infrared and short-wave infrared bands was carried out.On this basis,the push-broom near-infrared and short-wave infrared hyperspectral imager with higher spectral resolution was developed.After experimental testing,the root mean square radius of the diffuse spot in the full band and full field of view is less than 1/2 pixel,and the MTF value is greater than 0.85.The near-infrared and shortwave infrared hyperspectral imager is synchronously triggered by FPGA board.After accurate installation and calibration of the imaging spectrometer,the image matching of the same field of view and the velocity-height ratio by adjusting,and the integrated spectral curve of near-infrared and shortwave infrared band with a high signal-to-noise ratio was obtained.The system was applied to the core close-range hyperspectral imaging.After spectral authenticity verification,the correlation between the spectral curve obtained by the near-infrared and short-wave infrared hyperspectral spectrometer and the spectral curve measured by ASD reached more than 98%,and the position deviation of typical mineral characteristic absorption peak is within 1 pixel.The results show that the near-infrared and short-wave infrared hyperspectral spectrometer can identify the altered minerals by the reflectance curve of minerals.It has the advantages of compact structure,light miniaturization and strong portability.
